In this case, the company/business should be listed along with the Buyer name on the information provided on the Bill of Sale. The only exception to this will be if the Buyer is buying on behalf of a company/business and will need the title made out to the name of that company/business. ODOT will use Buyers name and address on the Bill of Sale.Once the vehicles/equipment are physically removed from ODOT property, ODOT will mail the title to the Buyer via USPS Certified Mail. Once payment for item is received, a Release Form will be sent to the Buyer.Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the sale date will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the State of Ohio. Buyer must contact the ODOT employee listed and make an appointment for pick-up.Counteroffers will be considered on a case by case basis. If the highest bid does not meet the reserve amount, the Seller has the right to review the bid, and decide whether to accept or reject the bid within (2) business days of the auction date. If the reserve amount is met, the item will automatically be awarded and an invoice will be sent to the winning Buyer.
